Payment of the conference fee

By following this link you will be able to either pay the conference fee or to book hotel rooms and/or also to order for a private transfer from the Airport to the conference Hotel. To send your request, it is important to contact the agency using the contact box at the bottom of the website telling which of the three services you are requesting.

The registration is now closed

The application for the workshop will be open from August 4th to November 3rd. To apply you have to send an e-mail to wqit@chibebe.org (Lucas Céleri) with the following information:

  1) Name
  2) Institution
  3) Do you want to present a talk, poster or just to attend?
  4) Title of the work to be presented
  5) Abstract of the work to be presented

We will send you an e-mail informing if your application succeeded along with detailed instructions on how to pay the conference fee: US $ 150,00 for students and US $ 300,00 for researchers (US Dollars).

The invited speakers do not need to register.
